Reduced training groups

Group training is a good way to motivate yourself. There are many people with the same goals and concerns as you. Sharing your physical activity with them can be much more beneficial than going to a gym alone.

The training in small groups are enjoyable sessions, where we enjoy the outdoors (if weather permits) and do not usually repeat exercises, so training does not become a boring routine.
